Mobile devices in Businesses

In business today it is important to keep in contact with your customers as well as employees.  With mobile devices you can track your shipping, your employees, check on a job site(have pictures sent to you if there's a problem) as well as having that instant communication.  We are communicating wherever and whenever we choose.  You may have the option of sitting at home in your pajamas while on a conference call or out on the golf course, receiving data from your stock broker.  Technology has brought us the ability to email, twitter, blog, video conference anywhere in the world.  In some cases thought, people need to take five and disconnect.  I hate going to a restaurant and hearing (not by choice) a business call.  One downside is that technology is growing so quickly with mobile devices that security features can't keep up with the pace. Therefore, private information could be out there for the taking. You can view this article on mobile devices.
One thing that I find interesting and that I'm looking into is the credit card kit that you can attach to your cell phone, and you are able to swipe a customer's credit card.
